The reveal of the new BMW X6 M50d earlier today also heralds a facelift for the entire X6 range. Due to debut at Geneva 2012.
After endless teasing – and speculation going back several years – BMW has introduced the X6 M50d and its new M Division siblings earlier today. But the new X6 M50d also heralds a facelift for the entire X6 range – but you’ll have to look hard to find the changes.
There’s a new set of headlights and a slightly modified kidney grill, new Fogs with matt surrounds and a set of new LED tail lights. Also on offer are Adaptive LED headlights as an option.
The 2012 X6 gets a new set of colour options too, with three new metallic colours - Orion Silver, Midnight Blue and Marrakesh Brown – and two new upholstery options - Ivory White Exclusive Nappa Leather and Vermilion Red Nevada Leather.
There are also changes to the X6 M with aluminium brake callipers in blue, with the new LED Adaptive headlights coming as standard. The BMW X5 also gets the blue callipers and standard LED adaptive lights.
On sale from 16th June, the 2012 BMW X6 xDrive30d kicks off the range at £46,725 and the X6 M comes in at £85,680.
