Bentley at Geneva: Bentley Continental Supersports Convertible +video

The Bentley Continental Supersports Geneva

The Bentley Continental Supersports hits the floor at Geneva

The Bentley Continental Supersports Convertible has had its debut at the Geneva Motor Show, and we have video of the convertible in action.

It’s only a couple of weeks since we got confirmation that Bentley was producing the Continental Supersports Convertible, and that the debut would be at Geneva. So there’s not really an awful lot more to tell, but we do love the idea of such a monstrously powerful convertible as the Supersports so much that we wanted an excuse to run another story. The fact that we just got a VT of the Bentley Continental Supersports Convertible drop in and the pictures from the floor at the Geneva Motor Show is reason enough.

As a reminder, the Bentley Continental Supersports Convertible runs with the same bio-fuel setup (bio-fuel  is now standard throughout the Bentley range) as the Supersports Coupe, which delivers 620bhp and a 0-60mph of 3.9 seconds. Which considering the car weighs as much as a decent sized yacht is no mean feat.

The Convertible Supersports also gets back seats, which is something its coupe sibling is missing. So you can take your brood with you when you’re out for a major blat. There’s a lot of detail in the Supersports Convertible Press release, but there’s no substitute for visuals, so we’ve got the Supersports Convertible video below and the photo gallery.

Still no word on price, but if you need to ask…
