Fortunately, the diesel-engined version of the Alfa Romeo Giulietta still looks Alf good, with an individual an appealing cabin and a solid dose of Alfa sexiness about the shape.
Sadly, the whole experience is let down by a hard work and uninspiring diesel engine, vital for the fleet market but best avoided by private buyers.
