Jaguar C-X75 Berkeley Boutique

Jaguar C-X75 is on show at the Berkeley Boutique

Jaguar are showcasing the Jaguar C-X75 Supercar Hybrid at the Berkeley Boutique in Knightsbridge until the end of the year.

It’s easy to get a bit carried away when writing a headline. Perhaps not to the degree of xenophobic alliteration so beloved of our red-tops, but carried away with the moment nonetheless.

But the range of headlines surrounding the Jaguar C-X75 Concept when it turned up at Paris in September where all in the same vein – the Jaguar C-X75 stole the show – and they were no exaggeration. A mini-turbine powered hybrid supercar from Jaguar was not something any of us had on our radar.

And it wasn’t as if the Paris Motor Show this year was short of drama. We had everything from Lotus presenting the world with a complete herd of supercars-to-be (or Dany’s wish-list, as we like to refer to it) to the Audi Quattro Concept by way of the Lamborghini Sesto Elemento. So not shortage of dramatic competition for the title of ‘Show Stealer’. Despite which the Jaguar C-X75 was the stand-out star.

Jaguar followed up the European reveal of the C-X75 with another dose of razzle-dazzle at the Los Angeles Motor Show last month to show the Colonials how special the C-X75 is, but until now there has been no way to see the C-X75 on home soil.

But that changes this week with the arrival of the Jaguar C-X75 at Jaguar’s showcase at the Berkeley Boutique in Knightsbridge. It may not be that simple for many to toddle along and drink in Jaguar’s Supercar Concept, but if you and ‘she who must be obeyed’ are planning a Christmas shopping trip to town next week why not book a table for lunch at Pétrus or Koffmann’s and ‘accidently’ bump in to the C-X75 in the process?

You can see the Jaguar C-X75 at The Berkeley Boutique from Saturday 18th to Friday 24th December and Tuesday 28th to Friday 31st December.

You won’t be disappointed. With lunch or the C-X75
