New Hyundai i30 Fastback N Line arrives
The new Hyundai i30 Fastback N Line is the second of Hyundai’s N Line models, offering the looks of the ‘N’, and suspension tweaks, without the extra power.
Last month, the new Hyundai i30 Fastback N arrived at the Paris Motor Show, delivering Hyundai’s N Performance package to its more stylish take on the i30. And now we get its wannabe sibling, all dressed up as an N Performance but without the performance – the new Hyundai i30 Fastback N Line.
Following on from the i30 N Line – and in the footsteps of Mercedes’ AMG Line and BMW’s M Sport – the N Line Fastback offers a cosmetic makeover to deliver the looks of the Fastback N, and offers a bit of a tweak to the suspension too.
That means a new front bumper, Hyundai’s Cascading Grille with mesh, black surrounds for the headlights, new rear bumper, rear diffuser, N Line badging, N-Branded sports seats and steering wheel, metal pedals and an N gear lever.
The main offering is the Fastback N Line with Hyundai’s 1.4-litre T-GDI petrol engine which comes with tweaks to suspension, engine response and exhaust sound for a more sporty demeanour, together with 18″ alloys and bigger brake discs, and Hyundai has extended the whole i30 Fastback range to include the 118bhp 1.0 T-GDI petrol engine too.
Hyundai’s Andreas-Christoph Hofmann, Marketing VP, said:
Our second Hyundai model available with the new trim, the i30 Fastback N Line, enables even more customers to experience the N feeling.
The i30 Fastback N Line combines the elegance of our five-door coupe and a distinguished selection of dynamic N Line features. Our N Line trim is made for customers who want to spice up their i30.
The new Hyundai i30 Fastback N Line will be available in the UK before the end of the year.
