The Nissan Juke Nismo RS has been revealed at the Los Angeles Auto Show with a more aggressive look and a little extra power.

Nissan Juke Nismo RS arrives with added ‘Butch’

Compact SUVs and Crossovers are going the way the hatchback went; from sensible family transport to pseudo sports car. And Nissan are upping the ante once again with an even more aggressive version of the Juke Nismo – the Nissan Juke Nismo RS.
Nissan has stiffened up the RS’s body a bit and made the brakes a bit more powerful. They’ve also added a limited slip diff to the manual version for a bit more grip.
Exterior tweaks include a more aggressive body kit so the RS can stand out from the regular Juke Nismo (and a set of ‘Nismo RS’ badges) and comes in a choice of black, silver or white.
Inside you can opt for a set of Alcantara Recaro seats, and the steering wheel gets trimmed to match.
There’s no news on price or availability of the Nissan Juke Nismo RS for the UK, but it will probably cost at least 10 per cent more than the regular Juke Nismo (which will mean £22-24k) and we’d expect it to go on sale by spring 2014.
