SEAT Leon gets Sports Styling Kit - Costs £4,998

SEAT has revealed a Sports Styling Kit for the SEAT Lean five-door and SC which adds new alloys and a body kit for almost £5,000.

Many like to make their cars more individual, and adding a sporty body kit is one way to make your slightly prosaic wheels stand out from the crowd.

So, with that in mind, SEAT think they’re on to a winner with the new Sports Styling Kit for the Leon, which is available for the 5-door or SC Leon in S, SE or FR versions (pictured above on the SEAT Leon FR TDI 184 PS with Titanium Pack). But it’s not exactly bargain basement time.

The kit comprises a new front bumper (at £1500), a new back bumper (£975), a roof spoiler (£399), side skirts (645). Twin Sports Exhaust (£480) and, to round it all off, a set of nice new 19″ alloys in black or silver for £999. The whole kit and caboodle costs £4,998.

SEAT say the new sports styling kit takes the Leon on to the ‘Sartorial Stratosphere’, and we admit it is a decent improvement although it might be a bit of a steep to spend £5k titivating a £15k Leon.

However, conceding that not everyone will be willing to stump up £5k on a body kit for the Leon, SEAT are happy to fit whichever bits you want individually, and the prices quoted do include painting and fitting.
