The Mercedes-AMG C63 Coupe Edition 1 (& C63 S) have been launched to kick off sales of the new C63 AMG Coupe with DTM-inspired cosmetic tweaks.
As has been Mercedes’ wont of late, sales of the new AMG C63 Coupe will start with a limited run edition – the Mercedes-AMG C63 Coupe. The Edition 1 won’t be available until spring 2016, but you won’t be able to miss it with its DTM-inspired paint job when it does arrive.
You’ll be able to have your C63 Coupe Edition 1 in either regular 469bhp guise or in ‘S’ guise with power from the 4.0 litre upped to an M4 bashing 503bhp.
Opt for the standard C63 and you’ll get graphite grey stripes running right down the middle of the car – and on the doors – and on the C63 S you’ll get proper in-yer-face yellow stripes instead (just so people know you’ve got the best C63) as well as a Magno Selenite paint job. You’ll also get yellow calipers and lightweight matt-black forged alloys with yellow painted rims – 19″ on the front, 20″on the back.
Both versions also come with a AMG Aerodynamics Package in gloss black that includes bigger front spoiler, rear diffuser, rear spoiler and side skirts. Inside comes with splashes of yellow to set the Edition 1 apart from its stock siblings.
