Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sport – now on sale at Alfa’s UK dealers

The Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sport arrives as a new addition to the Giulietta range, with sporty looks and more equipment but no performance upgrades.

The Alfa Romeo Giulietta Veloce is the Giulietta youreally want. But it costs £30k and isn’t the most economical car in the world to run.

But now you can have an Alfa Giulietta with a chunk of the looks of the Veloce but for a chunk less money – the new Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sport.

Starting at almost £10k less than the Veloce (the Sport costs from £20,965) the Sport gets a chunk of titivations and equipment upgrades to make it look more appealing.

That includes a set of 17″ five-hole alloys, side skits, a front splitter and rear diffuser with bits of red, a big exhaust, Privacy glass and fogs. You can even have it in Misano Blue, a paint job you’ve only been able to have on the Veloce until now.

The only change inside is the dark headlining from the Veloce, but you also get Climate, Cruise, 5″ Uconnect multimedia, Alfa DNA selector with Q2 diff lock, Dynamic Steering Torque, Antislip and Hill Hold.

Engine options are run of the mill, so you can either have the 1.4 litre TB petrol or the 1.6 litre JTDM-2 diesel, both with 118bhp.

The Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sport is now on sale at Alfa’s UK dealers, with the Sport petrol costing from £20,965 and the Sport diesel from £22,230.
