Dacia Duster, Logan MCV Stepway and Sandero Stepway Techroad
Dacia has announced prices and specs for the Techroad Special Editions of the Duster, Logan MCV Stepway and Sandero Stepway. Prices from £11,600.
Love them or loathe them, Dacia models do offer a very cheap way in to a new car, even if they’re not exactly at the cutting-edge.But when the ethos for Dacia is ‘affordability’, it almost seems counter-intuitive to have range-topping special editions; perhaps it would make more sense to have even more basic ‘Special Edition’ models at lower prices instead?
Dacia clearly don’t agree, so we get special edition Techroad models of the Duster, Logan MCV Stepway and Sandero Stepway, but with prices starting at £11,660 for the Sandero Stepway, £13,160 for the Logan MCV Stepway and £16,360 for the Dacia, they’re hardly mega expensive.
Available in two new colours – Fusion Red and Highland Grey – the Techroad Sandero and Duster get side decals and red detailing on the mirrors, 16″ ‘Flex Expression’ with red centre caps (17″ alloys for the Duster), unique seats with red and grey detailing and splashes of red including on the air vents and mats.
Engine choices on the Stepway and Logan are the TCe 90 petrol engine and Blue dCi 95 diesel engine, and on the Duster the TCe 130 and 150 petrols as well as the Blue dCi 115 diesel in 4×2 or 4×4 guise.
The order book for the Dacia Techroad models is now open in the UK, with firts customer cars due before the end of the month.
