The new 2015 Skoda Fabia – Skoda’s take on the VW Polo – has been revealed as a wider, lower Fabia with a more aggressive stance and premium feel.

The new Skoda Fabia tease started in July and now, ahead of a reveal at the Paris Motor Show in October, Skoda has taken the wraps off the new Fabia.
With influences from the Vision C Concept, the new Fabia gets a contoured bonnet and a grill edged in chrome, wide-set fogs, a heightened waistline for added length and a set of angular headlights.
Engine options have been borrowed from the new VW Polo, with the 1.0 litre 3-cylinder coming in a choice of 59bhp or 74bhp, 89bhp and 109bhp versions of the 1.2 litre TSI and diesel options being an 89bhp or 103bhp version of the 1.4 litre TDI. You can also expect GreenLine models offering enhanced economy some time after the new Fabia launches.
But this time, sadly, it looks like Skoda will eschew the Fabia vRS, instead offering a Fabia Monte Carlo with much of the vRS looks but none of the extra get up and go.
The new Skoda Fabia will debut in Paris in October ands should arrive in the UK in early 2015, with prices expected to start around £10,000.
