Updated Nissan Juke goes on sale in the UK
The Nissan Juke was revealed earlier this year with a range of cosmetic and equipment upgrades, and it’s now on sale in the UK. An all-new Nissan Juke is due in 2019.
We’re quite fond of the Nissan Juke and its fugly looks, and it’s been a great seller for Nissan since it arrived in 2010 as a new Urban warrior, almost defining the sector in the process. The Juke got a bit of a facelift in 2014 which gave it a bit more practicality to add t0 its funkiness, and earlier this year Nissan revealed another update for the Juke.
That updated Juke was supposed to go on sale in the UK in May, but now the updated Juke is finally on sale in the UK with prices starting from £15,505.
The updates revealed earlier this year were the usual facelift fodder of grille, bumpers, colours – including Vivid Blue and Chestnut Bronze – and equipment improvements like BOSE sound. There are also new interior personalisation colours on offer – Energy Orange and Power Blue.
Trim options for the 2018 Juke are Visia, Acenta, Bose Personal Edition and Tekna, with even the entry-level model getting Air Con, power door mirrors, electric windows and LED running lights.
Acenta adds Nissan Dynamic Control, LED Fogs, Cruise, Climate, Privacy Glass and Bluetooth, Bose Personal edition throws in NissanConnect, Bose Sound, Parking cmaera, Keyless, folding mirrors, part leather and suto lights.
The top of the tree Juke Tekna adds to the spec list of lower models with Land Departure, Blind Spot, Around View Monitor and heated leather seats.
Think of this Nissan Juke as the last hoorah for the current Juke; Nissan are planning an even more radical Juke for 2019.
