Koenigsegg Agera R Review Video

There is only one production Koenigsegg Agera R in existence, and Swedish journalist Erik Gustafsson of Teknikens Varld Magazine got to play and video it.

It would be nice to think Christian von Koenigesegg had given us a call to see if we’d like to go and play with the Koenigsegg Agera R, and record our joy on VT. But he didn’t.

Unsurprisingly, especially as the only ‘Production’ Agera R (the Agera R from the Geneva Motor Show) is actually owned by a customer (even if that customer is a big Koenigsegg investor), it was the Swedish press in the guise of Erik Gustafsson from Teknikens Varld Magazine who got the call.

That call resulted in Erik going out to play in the snow and ice of an early Spring Sweden in the 1115bhp Agera R – a brave man – complete with the rather daft-looking ski box Kioenigsegg has seen fit to allow to be bolted in place of the removable roof panel.

Unfortunately for us we have zero Swedish, so we have little clue what’s going on. But it seems fair to assume that Erik – despite the snow and the ski box – has had worse days.
