Hollier & Sons garage and bodyshop have been serving the Bournville and Birmingham area since 1977 and have grown a reputation for reliability and trustworthiness over that time. Hollier & Sons are equipped with the latest technology, able to provide all your main dealer garage facilities at independent prices as well as being able to take care of your MOT and accident repair. 

More than that, we have invested in our staff to be able to diagnose and repair the most challenging of vehicle related problems thus ensuring that the service you receive is one which means that, like our other customers, you will remember us when your car needs looking after.

As well as serving our private customers, Hollier & Sons also serve fleets for many reputable organisations, providing a first class, industry approved garage and bodyshop service for both fleet managers and their drivers.

At Hollier & Sons we are a family run business with a welcoming atmosphere. We aim to be transparent in all we do because we understand the trust you put in us when you bring your car in for a service or repair. While most jobs are straight forward and hopefully go to plan, we do find from time to time we are faced with a vehicle with a more challenging issue. 

We will always try to go that extra mile to help you understand the more technical areas of vehicle repair. If you need to come in whilst your car is being repaired or stripped down to look at anything you are unsure about we will make the time to go through it in detail with you.

FACILITIES

Having arrived at The Sandpits you will see that we have adequate off road parking to ensure your car is safe and well looked after. Once booked in via reception we nominate a secure dedicated key peg for your car keys. Moving into the garage we have a well equipped workshop having four, four poster ramps to 3 tonne, one MOT class IV bay and three two poster ramps to 4 tonne, this enables us to cope with the day to day business of MOT’s and services whilst allowing us to dedicate the two poster ramps for clutch, cambelt, cylinder head and suspension work. 

We also have a dedicated diagnostics bay which as well as diagnostics equipment includes an air-conditioning recharge unit allowing us to complete all types of vehicle repairs. As a rule we dedicate a mechanic to a job and do not move the vehicle from ramp to ramp if it is work in progress, this ensures the quality of repair we always look for.

Our objective is to have the tools for the job and wherever possible we will equip the workshop with the appropriate pullers, test equipment, cambelt setting tools, diagnostics tools we require.

We joined Alliance Auto Centre in early 2008, there were a number of things that we were impressed with in the scheme and felt it had the depth and support we were looking for, not only in general day to day business but also in training and technical support. 

They supply quality parts to original equipment standards and their speed of delivery enables us to give you a more efficient service. As such we have strategically nominated our main parts supplier to ensure that we can give the warranty and backup you expect, and that’s not to say we are the most expensive but we do recognise that cheapest isn’t always the best and so we always look for quality products at reasonable prices.
