Christian von Koenigsegg and his team have created a custom Agera R for a Chinese client – the Koenigsegg Agera R BLT.

That’s how the mighty Agera R came about, and now a Chinese client of Koenigsegg has had his new Agera R turned in to a special edition with lots of goodies and a new name – the Koenigsegg Agera R BLT.
As Christian von Koenigsegg helpfully points out, the BLT name obviously has a different meaning in Chinese (otherwise you’d have expected a red, white and green paint job), but he’s suitably chuffed with what they’ve created, even if the name causes some mirth in the West.
The Agera R BLT gets a lot of new goodies added – in addition to the recent 2013 upgrades to the Agera R and its 1140hp and 1200 Nm of torque – including a blue tinted clear carbon body with red highlights and a blue leather and carbon fibre interior.
The Agera R BLT has already left the Koenigsegg shed in Sweden en route to China for the delight and delectation of its new – and un-named – owner.
