
Nissan X-Trail SUV Facelift goes on sale in the UK
The Nissan X-Trail has been updated with cosmetic tweaks and new technology and is now on sale in the UK priced from £23,385, rising to £38,565.
The updated Nissan X-Trail was revealed back in June, and it’s now on sale in the UK with prices from £23,385 for the five-seat X-Trail Visia Dig-T 163 2WD, rising to £38,565 for the seven-seat Tekna dCi 177 with X-Tronic and Leather.The updates for the 2018 MY include a titivated front and back end, improved Adaptive LED headlights, LED tail lights, new alloys and new paint options, with a new steering wheel and upgraded trim on the inside.
There also new options like seat heating for the front two rows (in the seven-seat), a tan and black leather option on the Tekna, hands-free tailgate across the range and BOSE sound.
The technology highlight is the arrival of Nissan’s ProPilot ‘Autonomous Drive’.
Using Lane Keep Assist, Intelligent Cruise Control and Traffic Jam Pilot for its information, the ProPilot will control steering, acceleration and braking in heavy traffic or on motorway cruises.
Engine options are the 1.6 litre 130PS diesel with 2WD (manual or auto) or 4WD (manual only), 2.0 litre 177PS diesel in 2WD or 4WD (auto only on the 2WD) or 1.6 litre 163PS petrol 2WD manual.
Trim levels for the X-Trail are Visia, Acenta, N-Connecta and Tekna, with various add-ons like Smart Vision available too.
