Rolls-Royce says goodbye to the Ghost with the Zenith Collection

The Rolls-Royce Ghost Zenith Collection is a run of just 50 ultimate Ghosts as the current Ghost moves to a close after a decade.

It’s more than a decade since the Rolls-Royce Ghost arrived as the 200EX Concept so, even by Rolls-Royce standards, it’s time for a change.

That imminent change to a new Ghost looks to be signalled by the arrival of the Rolls-Royce Ghost Zenith Collection, just as the Phantom Zenith Collection heralded the end of the Phantom VII ahead of the arrival of the Phantom VIII.

That new Ghost will probably arrive in 2020, underpinned by the aluminium spaceframe the Phantom and Cullinan boast, but for now it’s back to the future for the Ghost, with RR echoing the original EX200 Concept in the final iteration of the Ghost.

Limited to just 50 cars, the Ghost Zenith is said to boast more bespoke options than any RR except the Phantom Zenith(read as you can spend more on this Ghost than you’d believe), on top of a spec which is pretty comprehensive and unique.

That spec includes and ingot in the interior made fro the original EX200’s Spirit of Ecstasy, an engraving of the concept’s technical details on the centre console, engraved Spirit of Ecstasy and clock, illuminated door pockets, seat embroidery inspired by the 1907 Silver Ghost, a star headliner with ‘Shooting Star’ feature and a choice of a trio of two-tone paint jobs.

There are no prices for the Ghosts Zenith, but think well over £200k before you start exploring the endless options.
