Update: As Ferrari kindly pointed out to us, the Ferrari F60 America cost $2,500,000.
Ferrari has been selling cars in North America for 60 years, and to celebrate they’ve created a limited edition, open top Ferrari F12 that will be limited to just 10 units – the Ferrari F60America.
Powered by the same 730bhp insane V12 from the F12, the F60America has exactly the same 3.1 second 0-62mph but gets some new aluminium bodywork too with deep strakes, bigger winglets, extra holes in the bonnet, leather-clad rollover hoops and carbon fibre buttresses that flow over the rear deck.
The F60America also gets a classic North American Racing team livery and a special Ferrari 60th Anniversary Prancing Horse badge on the wheel arches.
Inside, the F60 America’s driver’s side gets trimmed in sporty red and the passenger side in black withe the dash, tunnel and door panels covered in composite materials and the racing seats get a stylised American Flag.
The regular F12 costs a monster £240k (and more like £300k once you start playing seriously with the options), and the F60America will be considerably more.
But Ferrari aren’t saying just how much more.
