The new Mercedes S-Class Coupe – the new Mercedes CL – will arrive in the UK in September and cost from £93,565 for the S 500 Coupe AMG Line.

The new Mercedes S-Class Coupe arrived officially at the Geneva Motor Show in March, with the S 63 AMG Coupe revealed at the New York Auto Show in April and the range-topping S 65 AMG Coupe officially popping in to view just a few weeks ago.

Now, with the new Mercedes S-Class Coupe due to arrive in the UK in September, we get the price and specs for all three models.

Oddly, Mercedes aren’t planning on getting the entry-level S 500 Coupe to the UK until 2015, when it will cost £96,565, but when it does arrive it will come with the 4.7 litre V8 with 448bhp and 516lb/ft of torque – enough for 0-62mph in and equipment levels including Active Parking Assist, Reversing Camera, Panoramic roof, 12.3″ Infotainment screen, Magic Vision Control, COMAND online and a choice of nine metallic colours.

Next up from the S 500 Coupe – the S 63 AMG Coupe – will arrive in the UK in September and it comes with the twin-turbo 5.5 litre V8 good for 577bhp and 633lb/ft of torque – enough to get to 62mph in 4.3 seconds – and cost £125,595. Extra equipment for the S 63, over and above the S 500, includes Seat Comfort Package, Magic Body Control and Burmeister Sound

At the top of the S-Class Coupe tree sits the S 65 AMG Coupe – with its V12 delivering 621bhp and 737lb/ft of torque, enough for a 4.1 second sprint to 62mph – costs a rather chunky £183,065 and gets Heads-Up display, TV tuner, 360 Camera and Night View Assist in addition to the equipment on the S 63.

Of course, this is Mercedes so there are plenty of options to tick including the Premium Package (which costs £5k on the S 500 Coupe and adds 20″ alloys, Seat Comfort Package, Keyless Go, Burmeister Sound, Air Balance, Climate Seats and 360 Camera), and AMG Exterior Carbon Fibre Package (£5k and does what it says on the tin), AMG Night Package which adds black highlights for £795, Magic Sky Control for £4k and Red Brake Calipers for £620. And endless other options too.

The new Mercedes S-Class Coupe is now on sale in the UK, with the S 63 AMG and S 65 AMG Coupes arriving in September and the S 500 Coupe AMG Line in early 2015.
