The new Porsche Macan – the Cayenne’s new little brother – can now be specced with a Sport Design Package and 21″ Sport Classic alloys – retrofitted if required.

The new Porsche Macan Sport Design Package
The new Porsche Macan is now just finding its way on to UK roads – and is so popular, and in such short supply, it’s commanding a premium – and Porsche is already extending the options available for the Macan with a new Sport Design Package and 21″ Sport Classic alloys, amongst the new offerings.
The new 21″ Sport Classic alloys are inspired by the legendary Fuchs wheels from the 911 and can be had in three colour options, but the new choices for the Macan don’t stop there.
There’s a new Sport Exhaust with modified silencers which can deliver different sound by moving a switch on the centre console and are identified by a pair of twin tail pipes in stainless steel chrome-plated in black or silver.
Other options include smoked bi-xenon headlights with inner apertures in black with PDSL and smoked LED tail lights, new Limed Oak interior trim and there are options to extend the leather and high-gloss finishes in the cabin.
Porsche is obviously keen to tap in to customers who bought their Macan before these options became available, so from december the options can also be retrofitted by your Porsche dealer.
But unless they are retrofitted, it will probably be up to eighteen months before you see any of the new options on a new Macan, as the waiting list for the new diesel Macan is already running at eighteen months.
