The new Hyundai i20 Coupe has been revealed as a more sporty three-door take on the i20 hatchback, with cosmetic changes and a more raked roofline.

New Hyundai i20 Coupe arrives as the ‘Sporty’ i20

The new Hyundai i20 was revealed at the Paris Motor Show a few months ago, and Hyundai promised a three-door version would follow, and here it is – the new Hyundai i20 Coupe.
And despite that coupe roofline – aiming the i20 Coupe at a younger audience seeking a ‘lifestyle’ car – the i20 Coupe manages to offer as much space inside as the hatch and even more boot space.
The coupe also gets a new 17″ alloy design and you can have a coupe-only Tangerine Orange paint job as well as a matching Tangerine interior, just so you’ll stand out.
Equipment levels look set to mimic the i20 hatch, as does the engine options of 1.25 and 1.4 litre engines as well as 1.1 and 1.4 litre diesels, but perhaps the most interesting is the arrival of a new 1.0 litre three-cylinder turbo engine later in 2015, coming with either 99bhp or 123bhp.
The new Hyundai i20 Coupe will go on sale in the UK in 2015. Prices are yet to be revealed.
