As well as planning a new Agera RS debut at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, Koenigsegg will also be revealing a new Megacar – the Koenigsegg Regera.

Koenigsegg Regera MEGACAR heading for Geneva 2015
Only yesterday, we reported the planned arrival of the Koenigsegg Agera RS at the Geneva Motor Show next month as a replacement for the Agera S and Agera R, with the new RS becoming Koenigsegg’s only ‘mainstream’ model. But there’s more.
The Regera – which, we’re told, means ‘Reign’ in Swedish, so we assume Koenigsegg want us to think of the Regera as the ‘King’ of the megacars – will presumably have even more effective aerodynamics than the One:1 and even more power.
How much further Koenigsegg can move the Regera on from the One:1 is hard to work out, and Koenigsegg are saying nothing at this stage. But we’re told – by a man who knows – that the Regera is “…simply incredible”.
Just like the Agera RS, we hope to have more detail before Geneva on the Regera’s ‘Mega-ness’.
