Subaru Outback Black & Ivory Special Edition revealed
The Subaru Outback Black & Ivory Special Edition arrives to get buyers to look again at the capable crossover, complete with Black paint and ivory interior.
The current Subaru Outback arrived back in 2015, offering more of the same rough-road ability as previous Outbacks, but none of the glitz so coveted by buyers of high-riding estates. Which is a bit of a shame.
It’s a shame, because the Outback is very able, can do stuff on rough tracks almost nothing short of a Land Rover can do, and is a car you could keep for ever.
Still, if you leave the urban environs and venture out to where there’s actual green stuff, and a ‘country’ smell, you will see Outbacks doing their thing and transporting dogs and guns and people and bales of hay, as well as scrubbing up for a night out to the local eaterie.

Now, in an effort to get more buyers to take a look at the Outback, Subaru is launching the Outback Black & Ivory Special Edition, which does pretty much what it says on the tin.
As far as we can tell, the Black & Ivory is an SE Premium with a Crystal Black Silica paint job and Ivory leather interior. And that’s it.
But if that floats your boat, then Subaru’s Black & Ivory goes on sale in the UK on 1 September with prices at £35,545 for the Diesel 2.0D SE Premium, and £33,545 for the Petrol 2.5i SE Premium.
