The Toyota CHR Concept – a C-Segment Crossover – is teased ahead of a debut at the 2014 Paris Motor Show, thought to preview a Toyota Auris Cross.

Toyota C-HR Crossover Concept teased ahead of a Paris Motor Show reveal
The crossover and SUV market continue to grow, and it looks like Toyota are looking to fill a gap in their range with a new Concept – the Toyota C-HR – heading for the Paris Motor Show as a high-riding C-Segment offering.
It seems almost certain that the C-HR Concept is a preview of an Auris Cross, a high-riding, more rugged take on the Auris – an Auris ‘Allroad’ if you like – with both front and four-wheel-drive versions likely.
The tease photo certainly points that way, and looks more sporty and purposeful than a simple jacking-up of an Auris with extra cladding to make it look more off-road capable.
We’ll have more idea when the Toyota C-HR Concept arrives at the Paris Motor SHow next month, when it’ll be on show on the Toyota stand alongside the new Toyota FCV (which looks like it’s going to be the Toyota Mirai) ahead of its on sale date.
