The Audi A7 (and Audi S7) have been given a small cosmetic makeover for the 2015 model year plus new engines, transmission and lights.

It’s four years since the Audi A7 arrived (and its more powerful sibling – the Audi S7 – arrived a month or so later), so it’s time for a tweak or two for Audi’s five-door swoopy coupe.
But the lights are worthy of note as they are now full LED as standard (in addition to the existing LED running lights) with dynamic indicators with a sweeping function standard at the back and optional for the front.
Inside, the updates are arguably even more minor, with the latest generation of Audi’s infotainment system arriving, new trim colours and new upholstery the only changes.
The big news on the oily front is the arrival of the Audi A7 Sportback 3.0 TDI ultra, a FWD version with a 215 bhp turbo diesel which promises official economy of 60.1 mpg and 122g/km to add to the other two diesel and two petrol engines available.
There’s alkos a new gearbox for the front wheel drive A7s, with a tweaked version of the seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox replacing the multitronic CVT.
Audi say first deliveries of the new A7 and S7 will be in the last quarter of 2014, but they haven’t come up with UK prices yet, but we can’t see them being much different to the current starting point of £41k.
