Jeep Renegade UK price & spec - costs from £16,995

UK prices and specifications for the UK Jeep Renegade small SUV have been revealed, with the entry-level Renegade costing from £16,995 rising to £27,995.

The new Jeep Renegade – which shares its underpinnings in the main with the Fiat 500X – is about to go on sale in the UK and will cost from £16,995 for the front-wheel-drive 1.6-litre eTorq Evo 110hp Sport rising to £27,995 for the 2.0-litre MJet 170hp 4WD Auto Low Trailhawk.

The new Renegade comes in a choice of four trim levels – Sport, Longitude, Limited and Trailhawk – as well as a limited edition launch model, the Renegade Opening edition which gets a unique interior, white or orange paint and a set of 18″ alloys, with a range of petrol and diesel engines from 1.4 to 2.0 litres.

The entry-level Sport model comes with AirCon, DAB, Bluetooth, electric parking brake, 16″ alloys, TPM and remote locking, with the Longtitude models adding 17″ alloys, six-speaker audio, roof rails, body colour mirrors and handles, Cruise and fogs.

The Limited models throw in 18″ alloys, chrome exhaust tips, Forward Collision Mitigation, heated front seats and steering wheel, leather, privacy glass and rear parking sensors.

The range-topping flagship model – the Renegade Trailhwak – aims to deliver a Jeep that looks the part, with bolt-on plastic cladding to make it look rugged and four-wheel-drive which offers a rear axle that disconnects when not needed to improve efficiency.

The new Jeep Renegade goes on sale in the UK on 6 January 2015, with first UK deliveries expected in February.
