
2017 Hyundai i30 Estate teased ahead of a Geneva Motor Show debut
But and i30 hatch is just scratching at the surface of what we’re expecting to be a much expanded range of i30 models, with the first proper hot hatch challenge expected in the guise of the new i30 N before long (look out Fiesta ST and Golf GTi), and an i30 Fastback arriving in 2018.
But before either of those tow new variants of the i30 put in an appearance, it’s time for something we are used to from the i30 – a new i30 Estate.
The 2017 Hyundai i30 Wagon (as Hyundai insist on calling their estate car) is heading for a debut at the Geneva Motor Show next month, ahead of which the tease starts with a single, shadowy profile image (above). Much as you could have predicted.
An estate take on an already familiar hatch is a bit difficult to tease effectively as it will almost certainly look the same as far as the back doors and then have a shed bolted on. It will also come with the same trim levels and engine options.
So the best we can say about the tease is that is show an i30 Estate (sorry, i30 Wagon) with a more stylish roofline,
