Ford Escape 2013 Photos
We get the first photos of the 2013 Ford Escape, designed in Europe and the replacement for the North American Escape and the European Ford Kuga.
Bigger than the Ford Kuga – with an extra 100mm in the wheelbase for more rear room and luggage space – the new Ford Escape will debut at the 21011 Los Angeles Motor Show.
The new Escape features lots of equipment like the kick-to-open tailgate and internet access, and will get a pair of Ecoboost engines and a 2.5 litre petrol too in the US.
Europe will see the Ecoboost lumps in the new Kuga, together with a wide range of diesel options from the Focus.
The extensive gallery of pictures Ford has sent us of the new Kuga / Escape show a more dynamic-looking compact SUV than the current Kuga – and certainly a big improvement on the current model Escape.
