Jaguar F-Pace SVR will be REVEALED this week in New York

The most powerful Jaguar F-Pace – the new F-Pace SVR – will be revealed this week (on 28 March 2018) at the New York Motor Show.

The Jaguar F-Pace SVR has been on its way for quite a while, but the most powerful SUV so far from Jaguar will make its debut on Wednesday, 28 March 2018, at the New York Motor Show, Jaguar has announced.

We caught the F-Pace SVR testing at the Nurburgring a year ago, so we’re assuming Jaguar has now had plenty of time to shake down their SUV powered by the same 567bhp 5.0 litre Supercharged V8 sitting under the bonnet of the F-Type SVR and is now ready for its close-up.

The F-Pace SVR will be just as you expect, with bigger brakes and wheels, a body kit and big air intakes at the front as well as revised suspension, four-wheel drive and a titanium exhaust.

Jaguar hasn’t revealed any performance figures yet for the SVR, but it seems likely its 0-62mph time will beat the Porsche Macan Turbo at a bit over 4.0 seconds, which will make it one quick SUV.

We’ll find out more when the F-Pace SVR debuts on Wednesday, where it will sit alongside the new Jaguar i-Pace on Jaguar’s stand in New York.
