The first photo of a new Infiniti Q60 Concept has been revealed ahead of a debut at the Detroit Auto Show, as Infiniti’s take on the BMW 4 Series.

New Infiniti Q60 Concept revealed
Infiniti is on a bit of a mission to improve and expand its range of premium cars, and the latest is this concept for a new Infiniti Q60 – teased back in December – that will replace the car we used to know as the G37 Coupe before Infiniti changed its nomenclature.
Details like the low roofline and quilted leather seats are inspired by the Q80, and the gills behind the front wheel arch are lifted from the Q50 Eau Rouge, with 21″ alloys – inspired by jet turbine blades – making the Q60 look planted.
Infiniti’s Alfonso Albaisa said:
The Q80 Inspiration was an indication of Infiniti’s future design language. The Q60 Concept is the next step in the journey.
The sweeping lines of the Q80 Inspiration gave the Q60 Concept its coupe silhouette and looks while the Formula One-inspired touches from the Q50 Eau Rouge endowed the coupe with its sports personality.
The new Infiniti Q60 Concept will arrive at the Detroit Auto Show next week – and a production version possibly at Geneva in the Spring.
