Rolls-Royce Wraith History of Rugby Edition
The Rolls-Royce Wraith History of Rugby special edition – with cosmetic tweaks to mark Rugby’s history – arrives to cash in on the Rugby world Cup.
Car makers like to launch a special edition that catches buyers’ interest and imagination, and even Rolls-Royce aren’t immune to playing the game, which explains this – the Rolls-Royce Wraith History of Rugby.Rugby fever is rampant at the moment with the Rugby World Cup grabbing the attention of lovers of the game, so what better time to present to well-heeled rugby fans a special edition Wraith honouring all things rugby?
The most obvious rugby connection on the Wraith is the English White exterior (England’s home colour), but look more closely and you’ll see a green coachline along the Wraith’s shoulder line with a red English Rose motif too. The Wraith also has 21″ alloys, but no sign of a red rose there.
But there are more red roses on the interior – on the headrests – with Hotspur Red on the dashboard accent panel, seat and door piping, a red rose on the door sills and on the centre panel of the dashboard – most of which is finished in Piano Black. The main interior is Seashell contrasted with Navy.
Rolls Royce has also commissioned rugby ball makers Gilbert to create a limited number of balls mimicking the Hotspur Red and Seashell colour of the Wraith’s interior.
No word on price for the Rolls-Royce Wraith History of Rugby, but around £240k seems about right.
