I’m sure you all saw Top Gear last night, with both the Bugatti Veyron and the Zonda F Roadster on the Top Gear track for the first time. Definitely worth the viewing!
The Zonda is relatively new, so you can forgive the boys for not having it on the track before. But the Veyron has been with us for a couple of years, and never been on the TG track. And I think last night’s result shows why. The Veyron is just too heavy to be a track car. No doubt that’s why Bugatti has failed to deliver TG a car for their track. If you look, you can see UK plates on the white Veyron, which would tend to indicate that this was a private UK car, borrowed for the occasion.
No matter; it’s worth seeing – again & again!
