Volvo XC60, V60, S60 & V40 POLESTAR Performance Parts arrive

Volvo has announced a range of Polestar Performance Parts for the XC60, V60, S60 and V40 to titivate and improve your new Volvo.

After Volvo decided to take control of Polestar, it was clear they had ambitions to create a performance edge for their cars with new Polestar models, and new Polestar Performance parts, emulating, to a degree, Mercedes’ AMG and BMW’s ‘M’..

That’s rolling out further with the arrival of new Polestar Performance Parts for the older bit of Volvo’s range – the XC60, V60, S60 and V40 – although, with the V70 and XC70 about to bite the dust in favour of the new S90, V90 and V90 Cross Country, the ’70’ range understandably misses out.

Volvo are offering Poelstar chassis parts, exhausts, wheels, interior and exterior styling and more, with the option to buy complete packages – or pick and choose – to make your new Volvo just what you want it to be.

Volvo are pointing out that all the Polestar parts are developed and tested to the same standards as the cars (as you would hope) and that fit and finish is perfect. There is also no impact on your warranty if the Polestar stuff is fitted (but best to let your insurance company know).

The full range of Volvo Performance Parts goes on sale in the UK in April 2016, with prices yet to be announced.
