Hours ahead of the official reveal of the new Mercedes S Class we have a gallery full of the first photos of the 2014 S Class.
The new 2014 Mercedes S Class is due to be revealed officially this evening in Hamburg (and you can watch it live on Cars UK), but if you don’t want to wait we have the first photo gallery of official photos.
There’s not a huge more to say about the new S Class than we already have, but it does look convincing. It takes styling cues from many of Mercedes latest models, but even without the big bulbous wheel arches at the back it’s still very recognisable as an S Class – just a new one.
We already know much about what ‘s likely to be on offer at first – S350, S400 and S500 – and what’s to come – S250, S63 AMG, S Class Pullman – and that we’ll see, in due course, both an S Class Coupe and a convertible S Class.
We’ll update with more information once Mercedes has delivered all the specifications of the new S Class.

People who always buy Mercs will love this, but I can’t see it stealing many sales away from other brands. Clearly evolution rather than revolution.

Looks terrific. So what do you Range Rover lovers think of your SUV when you could have THIS instead?

I’m struggling to see a big change here. Design from the Porsche 911 school of car design.
