It’s not much more than a year or so since the Audi RS7 was revealed at the Detroit Motor Show, but it’s already getting a bit of a facelift.
Changes pretty much mirror those on the A7/S7 with a single frame grill and slightly different front bumper changing the nose (although you’ll probably need them side by side to spot the changes) with standard LED headlights and the option of Audi’s new matrix headlights on offer with darker graphics to set them apart from those of the A7/S7.
Other external updates are limited to new alloys and new LED graphics on the tail lights – and new paint colours including Sepang Blue, Mythos Black, Glacier White and Floret Silver – whilst interior changes are limited to tweaked instruments, flappy paddles and air vents and an updated graphics processor for the infotainment system.
Under the skin is the same impressive 4.0 litre turbo V8 producing 552 bhp and 516lb/ft of torque which, say Audi, is enough for a 62mph sprint in 3.9 seconds.
First deliveries of the 2015 Audi RS7 will start towards the end of 2014 in the UK with prices expected to be much the same – £83.5k – as the current RS7.
