The facelift for the 2015 BMW M135i has been revealed with similar updates to the rest of the 2015 1-Series. Has 322bhp and costs from £31,725.
A couple of weeks ago we had details on the facelift for the 2015 BMW 1 Series, but what we didn’t get was any photos of the 2015 BMW M135i. But BMW has now rectified this.
Just like the rest of the new 1-Series, the M135i loses the miserable face of the old 1-Series and replaces it with a more convincing look with smaller headlights, new front bumper and new grill as well as LED lights at the back and new lines down the sides.
Lurking under the bonnet is now the same 322bhp, 332lb/ft of torque 3.0 litre six-cylinder engine you’ll find in the M235i, and in the M135i it’s good for 0-62mph in 4.9 seconds (if you pick the eight-speed auto – 5.1 seconds with the manual). Economy for the manual is 35.3mpg and the auto 37.7mpg.
Just like the rest of the 2015 1-Series, the facelifted M135i will get a public reveal at the Geneva Motor Show in March, with prices for the M135i start at £31,725.
The 2015 BMW 1-Series – including the M135i – will go on sale in spring 2015.
