
2019 BMW 7 Series Facelift arrives
The BMW 7 Series gets a facelift for 2019 with new hybrid and engine options and improved technology, as well as a very big grille.
The 2019 BMW 7 Series is revealed, and it seems BMW are keen to give it a look which makes it look like a saloon car take on the new X7. Because the grille is big. Very big. Chris Bangle contentious big.The big chrome grille raises the bonnet edge by a couple of inches, and the smaller adaptive LED headlight emphasise the size even more. You certainly won’t miss it in your rear-view mirror.
Other cosmetic changes include a new front bumper with new air curtains at the edge of the front apron to cut turbulence, new side vents behind the front wheels, new apron at the back and new tail lights which stretch the width of the car.

2019 BMW 7 Series Interior
There aren’t huge change inside, but there’s now a 12.3″ instrument panel to go with the 10.24″ infotainment, some extra sport touches if you go for a sporty version and some new wood trim choices.
Engine choices include the 6.6 litre V12 and 4.4 litre V8 in the 750i – which sees power jump to 523bhp – plus the 730d, 740d and 750d with the 3,0 litre diesel.
The plug-in 7 Series is now the 745e which comes with a 280bhp six-cylinder petrol along with an electric motor good for 113bhp for a usable output of 389bhp and EV range of 34 miles. The hybrid gets a Sport Steptronic ‘box with the rest of the range getting a new eight-speed auto with launch control.
