The 100th car of Koenigsegg’s history has been revealed at the Geneva Motor Show – the Koenigsegg Hundra – a one-off Agera S.

Now the Koenigsegg Hundra (Hundra means 100th in Swedish) has been unveiled on the floor at Geneva, representing 4000 man hours of effort by Koenigsegg to make their 100th car special.
Costing the deep-pocketed Hong Kong customer a hefty $1.6 million (half the price of the Lamborghini Veneno) the Hundra is based on the Agera S – 1016bhp and 811lb/ft of torque, 1400kg, 0-62mph in 2.8 seconds – and sports a naked carbon fibre body with gold leaf highlights.
When you look at what Christian von Koenigsegg and his team have on offer you start to realise just how daft something like the Veneno is; the Agera S is less than half the price and even the Hundra would leave enough change for LaFerrari and the McLaren P1.
The Koenigsegg Hundra will be on show for the next 10 days in Geneva as Koenigsegg use it to attract more potential customers to set them on their way to their 200th car.

So Lamborghini take an Aventador and tart it up and charge £3 million. Koenigsegg take the Agera S which is far more of a car than the Lamborghini and tart that up and it costs half as much. Call me stupid but I don’t get it.
