Toyota has revealed it plans to raise at least £1 million for Comic Relief on Red Nose day in March with sales of red noses for cars and other events.

We’re not entirely sure what car news outlets across the globe made of Toyota UK’s announcement that the RND Concept was nothing more than a plastic red Nose for cars to raise funds for Comic Relief, but we’re sure those in the UK are happy to be teased for such a good cause.
If you want to pitch in and help – and you’er not averse to driving round with a plastic red nose stuck to the front of your car, you can visit your Toyota dealer or Toyota’s eBay shop to stump up £5 for your own bit of red plastic. So far, Toyota look to have sold a total of 18 red noises on eBay, so there’s a way to go.
Toyota GB’s Matt Harrison said:

It’s a good sentiment, and one we should all support by grabbing our own £5 Red Nose.
