DS 3 Connected Chic is a new DS 3 range model
The DS 3 – the car we used to know as the Citroen DS3 – gets an addition to the range with added technology in the DS 3 Connected Chic. Price from £16,115.
It’s just over a year since what was the Citroen DS 3 became the DS 3 as DS became a standalone brand, with a bit of a facelift and a bit of a titivate to make it a bit more ‘Premium’.But Citroen needn’t have worried; the DS 3 was already a premium-feeling car and, despite having been around for a while, is still an appealing car.
Now, Citroen is extended the DS 3 range with a new model addition in the guise of the DS 3 Connected Chic, a DS 3 Chic with added technology and £2k of additional extras for an extra £900.
The Connected Chic comes with 17″ alloys, LED fogs, Contrast PAck (that gives you bi-tone paint with black roof and mirrors), Basalt trim, privacy glass, Sat Nav, Mirror Screen, Apple CarPlay and Climate.
Engine options are the PureTech 82 petrol with manual gearbox, PureTech 110 petrol with Stop-Start with either manual or auto and the BlueHDi 100 diesel with Stop-Start and a manual gearbox.
Options include uprated alloys, premium and leather trim, auto lights and wipers as well as a choice of Polar White, Ruby Red, Sapphire Green, Perla Nera Black or Pearl White paint jobs.
Prices start at £16,115 for the Connected Chic PureTech 82 rising to £18,915 for the PureTech 110 auto.
DS say the DS 3 Connected Chic will soon be in UK showrooms, so if a titivated DS 3 with bargain price extras floats your boat you’ll need to go and have a play.
