Merry Christmas 2018 from all at Cars UK, and this year you can enjoy Ken Block’s Gymkhana 10 as a respite from the regular festive feeding frenzy.

We always used to deliver Bernie Ecclestone’s F1 cartoon-ish Christmas card as we signed off for Christmas Day and let out worker elves have some time at home to join in the festivities.

But with Bernie long gone from F1 we have to look in another direction for a small Christmas Day distraction, so why not spend 20 minutes away from the family and indulge in a bit of Ken Block’s hooning in Gymkhana 10?

It’s almost 20 minutes of Ken Block hooning, starting in Sweden with a WRC spec Ford Fiesta in the snow (which helps the Christmassy connection), a blat through Detroit with the Hoonicorn V2 with its 1400bhp, down to Mexico with a Focus RS, off to Los Angeles with the Escort Cosworth and then to Texas with the ‘Hoonitruck’.

There’s no disguising the fact that this is a Ford-fest from Block, and none the worse for it, but it’s a great way to escape from the jolliness of the day, the endless food and yet another tipple.
