Aston Martin Valkyrie gets AMR Track Performance Pack option [Video]

The Aston Martin Valkyrie – Aston’s £2.5 million Hypercar – gets the option of an AMR Track Performance Pack.

There will only ever be 150 Aston Martin Valkyries, and each will cost £2.5 million. But if you want more than the ‘standard’ Valyrie’s 1,100bhp you could grab one of the 25 track-only Valkyrie AMR Pro versions. But now there’s a middle way – the Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR Track Performance Pack.

Not that the availability of the AMR Track Performance Pack for the Valkyrie matters to mere mortals, but for those as rich as Croesus who are happy to stick down £2.5 million without it mattering for the Valkyrie can now, with a bit of work, have two cars for (almost) the price of one.

Aston say the Track Pack will improve your lap times by 8 per cent – assuming any of the buyers of the Valkyrie have the skills to push it to its limits – thanks to a new high downforce front clamshell, titanium brakes, 50mm lower track focused suspension, aero carbon disc wheels and new body panels. 

If the Track Pack isn’t enough for buyers (and Aston aren’t saying how much it costs) AML will do pretty much anything buyers want through their ‘Q’ division, from gold leaf on the bodywork to lashings of carbon fibre. There are also a set of four ‘Designer Specifications’ to try and guide buyers away from their own taste.
