Hyundai Tucson N Line TEASED
Hyundai is teasing what appears to be an N Line sport take on the Tucson SUV ahead of a debut next month, with the promise of a new 48V hybrid too.
We’ve know for some time that Hyundai would like to deliver an N version of the Tucson SUV, and at first look this new tease from Hyundai for a sporty Tucson debut could be it. But it’s almost certainly not.Instead this looks like a tease for the Hyundai Tucson N Line, as Hyundai extend the looks of their N Performance brand to an SUV for the first time.
Hyundai say the Tucson N Line will offer a ‘dynamic new specification’ with ‘motorsport-influenced’ details inside and out. But no mention of any power or chassis tweaking.
What we can see is that the Tucson N Line will be getting a bigger set of alloys and a more sporty look likely to consist of a bit of a body kit, some ‘N Line’ badges, revised bumpers, sporty tail pipes and probably some red stitching detail inside.
Despite no mention by Hyundai, we may get some mild chassis tweaking to make the N Line a bit more dynamic, and perhaps improved brakes too for a bit of extra stopping power.
But we probably won’t see extra power, with engines like the 174bhp petrol and a new 48V mild Hybrid likely to be the main offerings.
Hyundai promise more details on the Tucson N Line shortly.
