There’s going to be no shortage of ‘World Cup’ branded goods on offer in the next few months, and Hyundai are getting in on the act with special editions of the ix35 and i30.
The ix35 Go! (do VW know they stole the exclamation mark from the Up?) gets £1500 of extra equipment including 18″ alloys, Panoramic roof and privacy glass for just an extra £650 (which would cost £1500 if specced up individually), and costs from £20,750 with a colour choice of Creamy White or Phantom Black.
The ix35 Go! SE adds a heated steering wheel, parking sensors and tyre pressure warning and actually costs £650 less than a regular ix35 SE (just £23,000) despite an extra £805 of equipment.
Cosmetic tweaks include gloss black mirrors and Go! badges, with just 555 Go! and 155 Go! SE models being built.
Also on offer are Go! Panorama and Go! SE versions of the i30 with the alloys, electric folding mirrors, tinted windows and LED tail lights, with the Go! Panorama adding bigger alloys and a Panoramic roof and a choice of Creamy White, Sleek Silver and Steel Grey.
Engine options on the i30 Go! SE are the 1.4 litre petrol and 1.6 litre diesel and the Go! Panorama also gets the option of the 1.6 litre petrol. Prices are £16,000 and £18,395 for the Go! SE depending on engine and £17,300 for the Go! Panorama with the 1.6 litre petrol and £19,395 with the diesel.
The Hyundai ix35 and i30 Go! editions are now available to order.
