Hyundai Kona SUV back for yet ANOTHER video tease – debuts 13 June 2017

We have yet another video tease for the new Hyundai Kona SUV – Hyundai’s new baby SUV – ahead of its global debut on 13 June.

We’ve been a bit selective on running stories on the tease for the new Hyundai Kona SUV, because Hyundai has made its mission to tease and cajole interest in the Kona with seemingly endless teases.

We reckon there have probably been a dozen or more teases so far, but now we know that it’s only a couple of weeks until the Kona officially debuts – on 13 June 2017 – so we reckon one more tease and we’re done. Maybe.

This tease probably shows more than we’ve seen before from Hyundai, giving as clear a view as we’ve seen from Hyundai so far.

Of course, a lot of the teasing is really a bit pointless when we’ve already published a photo of the Hyundai Kona completely undisguised on a photo shoot. But it’s all a bit of a game.

Interestingly, although the teases are all shadowy or detail shots with lots of smoke and mirrors, the Kona does still look impressive in its undisguised form.

Looking like a properly appealing urban SUV to take on cars like the Nissan Juke, it seems to have stand-out styling (which may prove to be a bit ‘Marmite’) and the promise of 4WD options too.

So, apart from maybe one more tease of the Kona, we’re done with the Kona teases.
