Jaguar has come out on top in the 2013 JD Power Dealer Satisfaction Survey, beating Lexus in to second place, just as it did in the Power Survey.

Jaguar has come out top in the 2013 J.D. Power dealer satisfaction survey
There was a time, and not very long ago, that Jaguar and its dealers wallowed near the bottom of any satisfaction survey. But, my, how times have changed.
In the process, Jaguar beat Lexus dealers in to second place with Honda coming third and Mercedes fourth. And just behind, in fifth place, came the other half of the JLR story – Land Rover.
The J.D Power Surveys run through What Car in the UK, and Chas Hallett, What Car’s Editor-in-Chief, said:
For the second year running, Jaguar owners love their dealers as much as their cars, awarding their dealers top marks in the annual survey. Jaguar is in an enviable position.
At the other end of the scale, it’s Chevrolet languishing in 27th, and last, position, closely followed by Fiat and Alfa Romeo.
As Jaguar get close to rolling out more mass market models – like the new small Jaguar and Jaguar Crossover/SUV – it’s going to be tough to keep much larger numbers of people as happy, but if they can they’re in an incredibly strong position in the UK.
Well done, Jaguar.
