Low price MG ZS EV SELLS OUT
The introductory offer for the electric MX ZS EV at just £21,495 has ended as MG sell out in just two weeks, but there’s another 1,000 car made available.
Just two weeks ago the electric MG ZS EV went on sale in the UK, and MG decided they’d match the government £3,500 EV grant and offer the ZS EV at just £21,995 for the first 1,000 they sold.At the time we told you to be quick because they wouldn’t take long to sell out, and they didn’t. In fact, they’ve all gone.
That should mean the entry-level ZS EV reverting to its normal – still pretty decent – list price of £24,995, but MG has decided they’ll make another 1,000 cars available at the same price. So we say it again – be quick or they’ll all be gone.
The only loss in the latest batch is that you will no longer get a free electric wallbox in the deal as you did with the initial run, but it still makes the ZS EV a bargain worth grabbing.
With its 44.5kWh battery pack powering a 141bhp electric motor with 260lb/ft of torque – and a range of 163 miles – the ZS EV isn’t a toy electric SUV, but a decent EV and one which clearly holds appeal.
Sales of 1,000 in a fortnight may not be stellar by Tesla Model 3 standards of orders, but it’s a proper success for MG.
