New Citroen DS3 Cabrio costs from £15,045

Citroen has revealed the new DS3 Cabrio will cost from £15,045 and come in three trim specs – DSign, DStyle & DSport.

Citroen revealed the long awaited soft top version of the DS3 – the DS3 Cabrio – at last year’s Paris Motor Show and now. with spring beckoning Citroen has revealed the specs for the DS3 Cabrio and the price – starting from £15,045.

The Citroen DS3 is already one of our favourite cars, and Citroen has made sure the DS3 Cabrio still looks good with the roof up – and kept costs in check – by using a similar ‘landaulette’ style roof to the Fiat 500C, where the cabrio but is more like a long, canvas sunroof that site on the boot when open.

The new DS3 Cabrio will come in Citroen’s main DS3 trim levels – DSign, DStyle & DSport – with the DS3 VTi 82 Cabrio DSign costing £15.045, the DStyle VTi 120 Cabrio £17,425 and the DSport THP 155 Cabrio £19,675. Well, at least until you start choosing from the DS3’s huge option list.

The DSign Cabrio comes with Cruise, electric mirrors, LED tail lights., Fogs, Privacy glass, sports suspension, front electric windows and rear parking sensors.

Move up to the DStyle Cabrio and you can add AirCon, chrome bits, 16″ alloys, gloss black interior trim and leather on the handbrake and gear knob and the range-topping DSport Cabrio throw in Climate, 17″ alloys, carbon fibre effect dash, Citroen’s Connecting Box with Bluetooth and USB and double chrome tail pipes.

|It’s a decent offering from Citroen and keeps much of the charm and style of the tin-top DS3 intact, with the added bonus of fresh air motoring at a premium of just over £2k.
