The Mazda6 for 2015 had a reveal at the recent Los Angeles Motor Show, and Mazda has now revealed details ahead of it going on sale in the UK in January 2015.
The 28 model strong 2015 lineup for the saloon and Tourer (Estate) improves on the existing standard equipment right across the range (which costs from £19,795 to £28,795) with better functionality, improved design and better ride comfort.
Available in SE, SE Nav, SE-L, SE-L Nav and Sport Nav trim, the Mazda6 gets a choice of nine diesel and seven petrol engines (but just three petrol engine option on the state) and eight colours including the new Sonic Silver Metallic.
All models get a new instrument panel and centre console, revised suspension for better ride comfort and better sound insulation too.
SE and SE-L now get an electronic parking brake, headlight delay, Multimedia Commander with volume dial, front passenger seat height adjustment, 7″ touchscreen with DAB and MZD Connect.
Sport Nav models also get a restyled front end with new grill and wing design, LED lights, 19″ alloys, heads-up display, power front passengers seat and SatNav.
Available technology includes Adaptive LED headlights, Lane Keep Assist, Advanced Blind Spot Monitoring with rear Cross Traffic Alert and Rear Smart City Brake Support.
The 20145 Mazda6 goes on sale in the Uk in the New Year, with prices from £19,795 for the 2.0-litre 145ps SE with the SKYACTIV-G Petrol engine to £28,795 for the 2.2-litre 175ps Sport Nav Auto Tourer with the SKYACTIV-D Diesel engine.
