New DS 7 Crossback PROPERLY goes on sale in the UK

The DS 7 Crossback – the first SUV from Citroen’s Posh DS Brand – goes on sale in the UK with prices from £28,050 to more than £50,000.

The DS 7 Crossback – the first SUV from the DS Brand – got it’s first public outing in the ‘Macron Glow‘ in the spring, and one DS 7 model – the £42,650 DS 7 La Premier – actually went on sale in April.

But now the whole DS 7 range has gone on sale in the UK, and it’s going to cost you anything from £28-50,000 depending on just what spec – and powertrain – you want.

Offered in four trim levels – Elegance, Performance Line, Prestige and Ultra Prestige – the DS 7 also has a choice of BlueHDi 130, BlueHDi 180 and PureTech 225 engines – with the DS 7 E-Tense Plug-in Hybrid available from mid-2019.

The £28,050 starting point is the DS 7 Elegance BluHDi 130 Manual, which comes with 18″ alloys, gloss black mirrors, Lane Departure Warning, Rear Parking Sensors, Cornering LED Fogs and Driver Attention warning and cloth trim.

Move up a notch to the DS 7 Performance Line and you can have the BlueHDi 130 or 180 diesels or PureTech 225 petrol (starts at £31,435) with 19″ alloys, DS Active LED Vision, Privacy Glass, Gloss Black grille, 12″ HD Touchscreen, 12.3″ Digital Cluster, DS Connect Nav, Alcantara and Faux Leather seats, Heated Front Seats and DS Active scan Suspension.

The Prestige model (starts at £34,435) gets the same engine choices plus posher 19″ alloys, Crystal Controls, Modularity Pack, LED ambient lighting, Front Parking Sensors, Reversing Camera, Wireless phone charging, Nappa Leather dash and door panels, electric ventilated front seats and advanced safety pack.

The Ultra Prestige DS 7 – only with the BlueHDi 180 auto or PureTech 225 Auto – starts at £43,185 and offers 20″ alloys, Panoramic Roof. DS Urban Pack, Easy Access Pack, DS Connect Pilot, FOCAL Electra Sound, Nappa Leather seats and Pearl Stitching.

As well as the initial engine and trim choices, the DS 7 E-Tense PHEV will arrive in mid-2019 with a price tag around £50,000.
